Invest with Confidence
Globally Diversified | Steady Growth
Parajune's custom fund solutions focus on real assets that are less affected by pandemics, recessions and market corrections.
Real asset classes generate an excellent source of income while providing tremendous diversification,
downside protection and risk mitigation benefits.
We believe most investors should have exposure to an actively managed diversified group of real assets that previously only institutional investors could easily access, in a vehicle with some exposure to listed REITS to help accomodate purchases and redemptions, with no onerous lockups.
Parajune partners with global real asset managers with proven track records to build turnkey outcome-oriented solutions for investors to take advantage of what has historically mainly been available to ultra-high net worth investors and institutional pension plans.
Parajune's solutions will allow investors to diversify their asset mix at very low minimums without the onerous lockups usually present within the real asset classes. Our fees are very competitive with no embedded performance fees. Our real asset fund is priced monthly and open ended, eliminating the need for capital calls and queues.
At Parajune, we have the freedom to use the products most appropriate for investors because we are independent. Our portfolio of funds will have a core exposure to farmland with commensurately low exposure to direct real estate. Global logistics will also play an important role in the portfolio along with global infrastructure.
We believe investors should own a high conviction real asset fund with minimal exposure to public markets. We also believe most investors should have exposure to certain private asset classes that have behaved quite well during recessions and the current pandemic.
